• The yard sale will be held on Saturday November 21, 2026 from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. 
• Setup will be on Friday, November 20 from Noon to 7 p.m.
• Cost per 10x10 booth is $20 per booth and $15 per booth if you get more than one. 
• Tables will be $10 each, or you can bring your own.
• Chairs are $2 each, or you can bring your own. 
• Sale doors will open at 9 am on Saturday. 
• Admission will be $5 per person.  

You will need to

• Price your items with tags, signs, stickers, etc. but be prepared to haggle!
• Bring your own change, credit card  capabilities if desired (square is easy to use), Venmo, Paypal, Cashapp, etc. 
• Bring your own bags, although we will advertise to shoppers to bring tote bags with them.
• Sale time will end at 5 p.m. on Saturday and you are responsible for taking anything that you haven’t sold.

We will allow all of the following:

• ANYTHING for Baby, Toddler, Kids, Teens
• Clothing (all seasons)
• Shoes
• Decorations
• Books
• Sports clothing and equipment
• Toys
• Electronics
• Furniture
• Musical Instruments
• Bikes, Ride-ons, etc.
• Etc.  Anything accept adult items, household items, etc.

What IS NOT accepted:

• Seller must check for recalls at www.cpsc.gov - recalled items cannot be sold
• Anything with stains, holes, tears, missing pieces, tears or odors
• 3-LETTER MONOGRAM  (single letter only)
• MATTRESSES (changing pad and travel crib mattresses OK)
• ACCORDION-STYLE BABY GATES
• Books for adults (NO BIRTH, FAMILY, PARENTING OR COOKBOOKS), former library books, or Imagination Station
• No ouija boards, tarot cards, or related items.
• Inappropriate messages, photos or promotional logos
• Drop-side cribs (manufactured before June 28, 2011)
• Used underwear (NEW only)
• "Dollar store" items from Dollar Tree / Greenbrier Industries or similar
• Crib bumbers - included mesh. All crib bumpers have been recalled. 
• Embroidered "name" items
• Used bottle nipples, pacifiers, & sippy cups
• Used potty seats that are not like-new
• Adult Men's and Women’s Clothing
• Car Seats & Bases manufactured before January of 2022
